Lovable
Lovable is a service that builds web apps, from frontend to backend, from a natural-language description.
Overview
Lovable is a service that generates web applications with a frontend, backend, database, login and integrations when you describe what you want to build in natural language. The generated app remains as editable code.
Work happens inside a workspace where a team shares a plan and credits, and each project is one app. Each project's code can be synced with GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket to fit into an existing development workflow. There is also a chat feature for working through ideas outside of a project.
It suits planners, designers and operations teams building internal tools, developers who want to start projects quickly, and founders launching products. The company says the platform includes security, privacy and governance features from the start.
What it is used for
- Turn a prototype into an internal business tool.
- Build landing pages, campaign sites and dashboards.
- Replace spreadsheet-based work with a dedicated app.
- Move the generated code to a Git repository so the development team can continue maintaining it.
