AWS offers xAI's Grok 4.7 on Amazon Bedrock, with a long-running agent guide comparing accuracy and cost across four reasoning levels
Announced October 13, 2026
Verified (fact)
AWS said xAI's Grok 4.7 is available on Amazon Bedrock. In an accompanying post, it built a tool-calling agent with Grok 4.7 and evaluated three reasoning tasks at four reasoning effort levels. Evaluation criteria were accuracy and the token cost to complete a single task. The post also covered how to adjust this trade-off per request and how to monitor in production.
Why it matters (interpretation)
With xAI models on Bedrock, AWS customers can now choose Grok alongside other frontier models within their existing accounts and governance.
