Open-source office suite ONLYOFFICE 10.0 released with context-aware AI tab built into document, sheet, and PDF editors (press release)

What happened

ONLYOFFICE announced 10.0, its major autumn update. It adds a dedicated AI tab with chat to its document, spreadsheet, presentation, and PDF editors, allowing users to draft, summarize, translate, and format without leaving the file. Features such as saved prompts and custom AI actions are also included. About 50 new features and more than 1,000 fixes were applied across the online, desktop, and mobile editors.

Why it matters
