Generative AI solutions company GenON files registration statement, begins public offering for regular KOSDAQ listing (report)

What happened

According to AI Times Korea (인공지능신문), generative AI solutions company GenON said on the 8th that it had filed a securities registration statement with Korea's Financial Services Commission and begun the public offering process for a KOSDAQ listing. GenON received preliminary listing approval from the Korea Exchange in September and is pursuing a regular listing rather than a listing under the special technology track. The offering totals 2.2 million shares at an indicative price range of 9,700–12,200 won per share, for total proceeds of about 21.34–26.84 billion won. Book-building for institutional investors will run from October 26 to 30.
